It's been while since I have been here. Just checking in for you, you and you, my constant readers...
I am myself in need of a much earlier sleeping time so will run off asap to drink some tea and get some much needed dreamtime. Hope life is sweet to all of you.

1. Settle down and read a good book . Suggestion : Stupid White Men by Michael Moore , Nickle and Dimed to Death by Ehrenreich , American Gods by Neil Gaiman , The Guns of the South by Henry Turtledove
2. Breathe , walk , go to a local shop and wander around your downtown, buy locally at least half your gifts for the upcoming season .
3. Have some herbal tea. If you cannot stand the stuff, drink some water or juice !

1. The News : it's an important time to keep abreast of what is going on in this world.
2. Sleeping and eating : are you , constant reader, getting your 7 to 9 hours? Are you eating decently?
3. Farscape : wonderful escapist soap opera extremely well done with lots of original content.
