I loved the Farscape episode , Rhapsody In Blue. It touches on spiritual issues of change and transformation that I am currently exploring. I recommend Farscape as much as I recommend Stargate. Different species, different worlds...but so damned good. I regret that Farscape DVD's are expensive. I wish they were at least priced as Stargate is, prefer the Buffy/Angel prices, around 40-60$ would be more approachable and reasonable. C'est la vie.
Song of the month , reflective of some theme and issues in my life, and probably reflective of other's lives as well... look how far light travels to get to us. This song can be taken so many ways, as Bruce Cockburn comments on it. Honor the light that comes your way.
I am a quote person. I like quotes. Sooo... here is another quote, although the whole thing with Eleanor Roosevelt's quote about being a freind to yourself , is so important to me right now. Other people are great, but faith in one's own presence is very key and essential to connecting to anyone else.
" Whether you choose your change or not, there are unlived potentialities within you , interests and talents you have not explored. They drop the curtain so that the stage can be set for a new scene . " William Bridges ; Transistions, Making Sense of Life's Changes
