Changes
I've decided to change the focus and structure this blog a little differently.
I am going to follow a schedule, which will allow me to not meander around and wander through this and that and the other thing in my blog and posts and such.
The schedule is :
Monday = Musings , possibly connected to something I thought about via Chaosinorder.com
Tuesday = Website Recommendations , linkage
Wednesday = Political raves, rantings, comments
Thursday = Following up on long ago postings
Friday = Culture : movies,art,books
Saturday / Sunday = " wherever the day leads me "
I might deviate once in a while ! I might meander, I might make it a whole week about lists or politics ( hmm. last week in October maybe ? ) ...
But the whole thing the blog thing will be more organized.
Monday Musings
This whole structure focus stems from three things. I go to college now and I haven't been doing these blogs as often. I think because I kind of just fliunder around...saying to myself, where am I going today? I just surf the net, surf, surf, and sometimes have little to say or don't know what to say !
The days I might be the shortest are Tuesday/Thursday/Friday; I have college then. I needed a focus on which to say... yeah, I'll do this on that day and that's where I'll be, not all over the place, sort of lost. The main reason I have two blogs was that one was going to be about my re-entry experience and college work, and one would be about stuff I am interested in : politics, movies, etc. as a break away from those issues in another blog.
The next thing is that one of my professors at college is helping me get organised. She isn't doing this personally, but she is helping me in the way of seeing something that is working, and I think it's slowly spreading over to the rest of my life. Yeah, even over 40 year olds can have college change their life around !!
The next thing is that I got a Live Journal. A fellow WWDN Soapboxer, Runs With Scissors, invited me and I figured why not. I wanted to make it slightly different from my Coffeedrinkingwoman blog and this blog as well, so I came upon the structure of a daily schedule. This seems to work well with the Live Journal...so I hope it helps make this blog more accessable to me and " any readers" out there.
